How to Use Aura Soothe:

​Option #1:  Remove cap from bottle, holding the bottle 2-3 inches from your nose, inhale slowly. Continue this as you focus on breathing slowly and intentionally for up to 30 seconds. This can be repeated as often as needed throughout the day.

Option #2: Remove cap from bottle, and place your thumb over the top and shake the bottle so that the oil makes contact with your thumb. Rub your thumb onto your wrist. Bring your wrist up to your nose and inhale slowly and intentionally for up to 30 seconds. This can be repeated as often as needed throughout the day.
 
Option #3: Remove cap from bottle, place your thumb over the top and shake the bottle so that the oil makes contact with your thumb. Rub both of your thumbs together (to spread the oil), place your thumbs on your temples or your forehead, and massage lightly. This can be repeated as often as needed throughout the day.
